Derivation: Risks can be raised by anyone involved in the initiative or its stakeholders throughout the initiative's lifecycle.

1. The Risk log, in relation to the initiative, lists all the identified risks, the results of their analysis and evaluation, their status. Risk log is the PRINCE2™ term, risk register is another common term.
